Executive Assistant MX

Simera

We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support executives and leadership teams with administrative and operational tasks. This role is responsible for managing schedules, coordinating communications, organizing meetings, and ensuring daily operations run efficiently.

Responsibilities
  • Manage executive calendars, meetings, and appointments
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and meeting logistics
  • Handle emails, communications, and follow-up tasks
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and business documents
  • Organize files, records, and confidential information
  • Support daily administrative and operational activities
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external contacts
  • Assist with project tracking and executive priorities
Requirements
  • Experience in executive support, administration, or a related role
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage confidential information professionally
  • Proficiency with spreadsheets, presentations, and productivity tools
  • Strong attention to detail and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities
  • Professional, proactive, and problem-solving mindset
