And that's not all, enjoy free and discounted Spectrum services like internet, TV, and mobile while building a long and rewarding career.How You'll Make an Impact Actively and consistently support all efforts to simplify and enhance the customer experience.Meet or exceed established monthly sales performance targets and penetration goals within the assigned MDU portfolio, as defined in the Standards of Sales Performance.Engage potential customers in non-bulk multi-dwelling unit properties with 50+ doors through door-to-door outreach to acquire new residential customersGenerate incremental revenue from existing customers by adding new or additional Spectrum services within assigned properties.Respond to customer problems and complaints according to established company policy, using appropriate tools and resources, and follow through to ensure issues are satisfactorily resolved.Maintain a well-informed knowledge base of competitors' activities, pricing, and offers throughout the assigned territory, and inform the supervisor/manager of changing competitive programs or marketing directions.Attend and actively contribute to sales meetings and training programs; apply learning and feedback to improve individual sales results.Accurately complete all necessary documentation to support sales activities, including dispositions, sales orders, and sales reporting, in a manner consistent with quality control guidelines and required timeframes.Collect and account for funds and provide receipts according to Company policy and guidelines.Working ConditionsSpend approximately 80% of your time outdoors, walking door-to-door and lifting up to 20 pounds in various weatherWork variable hours, including evenings, weekends, split days off and holidaysWhat You'll Bring to SpectrumRequired QualificationsEducationHigh School Diploma or equivalent work experienceExperience1+ years in sales or customer serviceSkillsValid driver's license with a satisfactory driving record within Company required standardsPreferred QualificationsExperience2+ years sales or relevant work experienceAbility to read, write, speak and understand English and SpanishSkillsUnderstanding of communications technologies and data networking fundamentalsKnowledge of cable or telecommunications servicesExperience educating consumers about products and servicesProven success in sales, prospecting or cold callingLI-DS3SMD300 2026-80149 SMD300 2026 Here, our employees don't just have jobs, they're building careers.
