What You’ll Do Provide high-quality, patient-centered care in an outpatient orthopedic setting Administer a wide range of treatments, including: Therapeutic activities, therapeutic exercise, neuromuscular re-education, etc. Create and manage individualized treatment plans Maintain thorough documentation: daily notes, progress notes, discharge summaries, and accurate billing Understand and explain insurance-related matters (deductibles, co-pays, Medicare caps) with confidence Collaborate with your team to solve problems and ensure exceptional patient outcomes Communicate clearly and compassionately with patients and staff Stay up to date through continuing education, workshops, and professional development Comply with all legal, regulatory, and ethical standards of practice What You Bring Active California Physical Therapy license Proficiency in EMR systems Strong competency in outpatient orthopedic care Excellent communication—listening, speaking, and writing A team-first mindset with great interpersonal skills Self-motivation and flexibility in daily tasks A positive attitude that lifts and motivates others Our Motto Says It All: \"Physical Therapy that Serves You Well.\" We believe that means creating a workplace that serves you well, too.
