Legal Analyst

Under the general supervision of the Assistant Chief Counsel, the Legal Analyst performs a wide range of duties in connection with civil and administrative litigation in which the Department is involved; researches questions of law; gathers information necessary for filing Department responses; responds to legal correspondence; and reviews, analyzes, and responds to a variety of written and verbal requests for legal services.
