Software Technical Expert

We are looking for a skilled Software Technical Expert to lead transformation on the OfficeTrack platform. This role blends system design, integrations, automation, and change management to optimize enterprise-scale field service operations. If you thrive in technical leadership and love turning complex systems into seamless experiences — this one is for you! Key Responsibilities Design the OfficeTrack golden configuration with measurable acceptance criteria Build phased rollout plan with change management (pilot, expand, scale) Define role-based permissions & guardrails to minimize manual workarounds Identify UI pain points, automation & AI opportunities across dispatch/field ops Enhance integrations with enterprise systems (Amdocs, UKG, etc.) Execute test plans in production‑like environments Maintain a continuous improvement backlog
MUST-HAVE SKILLS
