This position is ideal for someone who enjoys building meaningful relationships with patients and making a direct impact on their progress and recovery.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist the Occupational Therapist in delivering high-quality therapy services to patients in the home settingSupport patients through therapeutic activities and exercises designed to improve daily functioning and independenceMonitor patient progress and communicate updates to the supervising Occupational TherapistEducate patients and their families on care plans, exercises, and strategies for daily livingMaintain accurate documentation of patient interactions, treatments, and outcomesHelp ensure a safe and supportive environment during therapy sessions
