Job Description As a Security Officer Unarmed Patrol Customer Service in Wilmington, MA , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Tech/Media/Telecom, and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a dynamic technology, media, and telecommunications location, you will conduct routine patrols, monitor assigned areas, support access control, and help to deter security-related incidents. You will provide outstanding customer service and clear communication while supporting a welcoming environment. Position Type: Full Time Pay Rate: $20.32 / Hour Job Schedule: DayTimeMon10:00 PM - 06:00 AMFri10:00 PM - 06:00 AMSat10:00 PM - 06:00 AMSun10:00 PM - 06:00 AM What You'll Do: Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and vendors at a technology-focused location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities. Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of buildings, entrances, parking areas, loading zones, and perimeter areas to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns. Monitor access points and verify authorized entry in accordance with site procedures; report access control issues and suspicious activity to the appropriate contacts. Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established site protocols. Document patrols, observations, incidents, and security-related activities accurately and communicate relevant information to site leadership and Allied Universal supervision. Minimum Requirements: Customer Service Experience preferred. Access Control/Badge Experience preferred. Loss Prevention preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
