As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a logistics and distribution location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, and support a welcoming environment for employees and visitors. You will use strong communication and customer service skills while documenting security-related activities. Position Type: Full Time Pay Rate: $18.80 / Hour Job Schedule: Tue 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM Wed 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM Thur 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM Fri 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM What You'll Do: Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a logistics and distribution location. Respond to incidents, delivery-related disruptions, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner. Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of loading areas, trailer yards, parking areas, access points, and the business perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity. Monitor access to the location and verify authorized personnel, visitors, and drivers in accordance with site-specific procedures. Document observations, incidents, and irregular conditions, and communicate relevant information to Allied Universal leadership and site contacts. Minimum Requirements: Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred. Customer service experience is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
