Job Description As a Security Officer Computer Assisted Patrol in Everett, MA , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Chemical/Petrochemical, and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a chemical/petrochemical location, you will monitor assigned areas, conduct routine patrols, help deter security-related incidents, and support access control activities. You will remain visible, provide exceptional customer service, communicate clearly with employees and visitors, and contribute to a caring, reliable team that acts with integrity. Position Type: Full Time Pay Rate: $22.75 / Hour Job Schedule: DayTimeMon11:00 PM - 07:00 AMTue11:00 PM - 07:00 AMFri11:00 PM - 07:00 AMSat11:00 PM - 07:00 AMSun11:00 PM - 07:00 AM What You'll Do: Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate at a chemical and petrochemical location. Respond to incidents, alarms, spills, and other critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established site protocols and reporting requirements. Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of the facility, perimeter, access points, parking areas, and restricted areas to help identify unusual activity or conditions. Monitor access to the location by checking credentials, maintaining visitor logs, and directing authorized personnel, contractors, and deliveries in accordance with site procedures. Document patrols, incidents, observations, and security-related activities accurately and promptly, and communicate relevant information to Allied Universal leadership and site contacts. Minimum Requirements: Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred. Access control/badge experience is preferred. Ability to lift up to 20 pounds is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
