Maintenance Technician

Job Type: Full-Time Pay: $20–$26/hour Benefits: Health & Dental Insurance, PTO, Paid Holidays Position Summary Seeking a dependable Maintenance Technician to perform field, pump station, building, grounds, vehicle, and equipment maintenance. The ideal candidate has mechanical ability, can work independently, and is willing to learn. Responsibilities Maintain sewer systems, pump stations, buildings, grounds, vehicles, and equipment. Perform MISS DIG markings. Handle lawn care, snow removal, painting, cleaning, and general maintenance. Participate in rotating weekend on-call coverage and after-hours emergency call-ins. Follow safety procedures and MIOSHA requirements, including confined-space procedures. Qualifications High School Diploma or GED. Valid Michigan Driver’s License. Authorized to work in the United States. Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn. Able to follow directions and work independently. Basic computer and Microsoft Office knowledge. Ability to work in confined spaces and meet bonding requirements.
