- You forecast fabrication demand and align outsourced production capacity so projects stay on track.
- You collaborate closely with manufacturing, operations, and virtual construction teams to understand upcoming needs and keep information flowing.
- You coordinate logistics and transportation to ensure fabricated materials arrive exactly when and where they're needed.
- You build and maintain strong relationships with third-party fabrication partners, serving as the central point of coordination.
- You support issue resolution, clarify project requirements, and help ensure drawings, models, and materials are aligned with field expectations.
- Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Business Management, Construction/Industrial Management, or a related field
- Equivalent combinations of education and relevant experience in manufacturing, fabrication, construction operations, supply chain, or project management may be considered
- Knowledge of demand planning, capacity planning, production scheduling, or operations planning
- Experience coordinating material procurement, logistics, and transportation
- Experience managing multiple priorities and stakeholders across operations, procurement, manufacturing, and field teams
- Strong analytical skills with experience using Excel and ERP/business systems
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external vendors
- 3+ years in demand planning, scheduling, supply chain, or forecasting
- Experience working with third-party manufacturers, fabricators, or contract production partners
- Familiarity with industrial construction, mechanical contracting, piping fabrication, or manufacturing environments
