Executive Assistant

Responsibilities

Kforce has a client in the Green Bay, WI area that is looking for an Executive Assistant.Summary:The Executive Assistant will oversee the daily flow of executive operations, manage high-level communications, coordinate strategic initiatives, and serve as a key liaison between the President, executive leadership, customers, business partners, and employees. The successful candidate will be resourceful, proactive, highly organized, and capable of maintaining complete confidentiality while thriving in a fast-paced, growth-oriented construction environment.

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or equivalent experience preferred
• Minimum three years of supporting a CEO, President, Owner, or senior executive
• Outstanding organizational and project management skills
• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
• Working Conditions: Onsite

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.


We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
