Key Qualifications:

• Active Speech-Language Pathology licensure and Certificate of Clinical Competence (SLP-CCC)
• Experience working in school or educational settings preferred
• Familiarity and ease working with students ages 12-26, including diverse communication needs
• Strong communication and documentation skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams

Responsibilities:

• Assess, diagnose, and implement individualized treatment plans to address a variety of communication, language, and social needs
• Provide direct therapy services to a center-based caseload, adapting strategies to meet unique learning and developmental levels
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and other professionals to offer holistic support and celebrate student progress
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation in accordance with school and state requirements
• Offer guidance and resources to educators and caregivers to maximize generalization of skills outside of therapy sessions
