Description:

Advantage Chevrolet of Bridgeview is looking for a friendly, detail-oriented Customer Relations Representative to join our Service Department team. This role is key to keeping our customers informed, engaged, and satisfied throughout their service experience.

What You'll Do:

Follow up with service customers via phone and email to ensure a positive experience
Assist the Service Manager with customer communication and outreach
Help resolve minor customer concerns and escalate issues when needed
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions

What We're Looking For:

Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
A positive, customer-first attitude
Comfortable with phone-based outreach and follow-up
Reliable, organized, and able to manage multiple customer touchpoints
Prior customer service or automotive experience a plus, but not required

Details:

Reports to the Service Manager
Part-time schedule
