Pay & Benefits

• Base Salary: Starting at $250,000 for new fellows, with increases based on experience

What You'll Do

• Provide expert neonatology care in Level III NICUs at Mountain View Hospital and Southern Hills Hospital
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including pediatric subspecialists
• Utilize advanced technologies like high-frequency ventilation, body cooling, and inhaled nitric oxide
• Participate in teaching and continuous quality improvement (CQI) initiatives
• Support newborn stabilization and ongoing care, ensuring optimal outcomes
• Engage in on-call duties and weekend coverage (schedule to be finalized)
• Contribute to evidence-based practices and innovative patient management

What You Need

• Valid unrestricted medical license or eligibility
• Board Certified or Eligible in Neonatology
• Fellowship training in Neonatology
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Experience preferred but not required; open to new graduates
