What You'll Do

• Manage and provide advanced neonatal care in a Level III NICU setting
• Collaborate with neonatologists and pediatric specialists in complex cases, including ELBW infants
• Utilize advanced neonatal technologies: ECMO, high-frequency ventilation, inhaled nitric oxide, and whole-body cooling for HIE
• Participate in neonatal resuscitation, stabilization, and transport teams
• Contribute to patient family education and discharge planning
• Ensure compliance with hospital protocols and documentation standards
• Support continuous improvement initiatives within the NICU

What You Need

• Valid Neonatal Nurse Practitioner certification and Nevada NP license
• Minimum of 2 years neonatal intensive care experience, ideally in a Level III NICU
• Strong skills in neonatal critical care, advanced technology utilization, and team collaboration
• Ability to manage high-acuity cases with confidence and compassion
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
