We are seeking a Recruiter to oversee the full‑cycle recruitment process for a range of technical and non‑technical roles across our firm. In this highly visible role you will source, attract, and hire top‑tier talent that aligns with our mission, values, and project needs, collaborating closely with hiring managers, HR, and leadership to deliver an outstanding hiring experience. Key Responsibilities Partner with hiring managers to define position requirements and create compelling job descriptions Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies to attract candidates for engineering, technical, and support roles Source candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, employee referrals, and networking events Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and manage the candidate pipeline from application through offer Maintain communication and coordination with both candidates and the hiring team throughout the selection process Extend offers and assist with negotiations while ensuring a positive candidate experience Partner with HR and Marketing to strengthen employer branding and attract top talent through consistent, engaging messaging across the company website, social media, and other key channels Coordinate and promote participation in external events, including career fairs and networking opportunities Skills, Knowledge and Expertise Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business, communications, or a related field Requires 3+ years of full‑cycle recruiting experience within the engineering, architecture, or construction industries Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions across diverse disciplines Strong sourcing skills and familiarity with recruiting tools and platforms Demonstrated ability using LinkedIn and other social media to engage with passive and active job seekers Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills Ability to build trusted relationships with hiring managers and candidates Passion for delivering exceptional candidate experience and promoting an inclusive workplace Why You’ll Love Working with Us Schedule Flexibility : Customize your work schedule to fit your life Health & Wellness : Comprehensive health benefits for you and your family Continuous Learning : Access to online courses, conferences, and learning materials to fuel your professional growth Paid Time Off : Enjoy generous paid time off to recharge Career Advancement : Clear paths for promotion and new challenges Fun Team Culture : Regular team‑building activities, happy hours, and company outings The base salary range for this role is indicated in the posting. Final compensation will be based on experience, skills, qualifications, internal equity, and geographic location. All offers are contingent upon a successful criminal background check.
