Benefits: 401(k) Dental insurance Health insurance Paid time off C&S Contracting, a division of CMES, Inc., is seeking a Bridge Foreman with 3–5 years of structures experience to support heavy civil construction projects across the Atlanta Metro Area. Founded in 1996, CMES, Inc. is a rapidly growing, Georgia-based contractor specializing in heavy highway, bridge, and infrastructure construction throughout the Southeast. As a Bridge Foreman, you will work closely with the Project Manager, Superintendent, and field teams to support daily operations and help drive the successful execution of bridge and structural projects within our Structures Division. This is a hands-on leadership role where you will play a critical part in ensuring work is performed safely, efficiently, and in full compliance with GDOT specifications and company standards. Key Responsibilities Lead and supervise crews performing bridge construction and structural work Coordinate daily operations with Superintendent to meet GDOT schedules and production goals Read and interpret GDOT plans, structural drawings, and specifications Oversee forming, rebar placement, concrete pours, and finishing Ensure compliance with GDOT, OSHA, and company safety standards Conduct daily safety meetings (JHAs / Toolbox Talks) Direct subcontractors and ensure alignment with project scope Maintain daily reports, quantities, and crew timekeeping Ensure proper traffic control (MOT) per GDOT standards Coordinate inspections and ensure quality standards are met Train and mentor crew members Operate equipment and perform hands-on work as needed Qualifications & Experience High school diploma or GED required 3-7+ years of heavy civil construction experience (bridge focus) Experience with bridge construction and structural concrete Knowledge of GDOT specifications and standards Ability to read and interpret construction plans Valid driver’s license required Core Competencies Leadership & Team Development Communication & Coordination Safety-First Mindset Results Driven Problem Solving Quality Control Physical Requirements Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions Frequent standing, walking, bending, and climbing Ability to lift up to 50 lbs Work Environment Active construction sites with heavy equipment and noise Long hours and occasional weekend work required Company Values Live Safe, Lead Strong Character Above All Build With Purpose Driven to Be Better EEO Statement C&S Contracting Co. are Equal Opportunity Employers and comply with all federal, state, and local employment laws. #J-18808-Ljbffr CMES, Inc.
