Attorney Antitrust Trade Regulation - Lakewood, NJ

 

Join a Large Insurance Carrier to provide anti-trust and trade regulation counsel to clients.

• Provide anti-trust and trade regulation law advice for merger analysis, horizontal and vertical distribution, and wholesale and retail pricing issues.

• Serve as legal counsel in areas relating to intra-company distribution, marketing services, and license agreements.

• Manage client commercial litigation matters as required.

• Draft or revise policy and legal documentation.

Qualifications:

• J.D. degree from an accredited law school.

• Member in good standing with State bar.

• Legal experience in the antitrust, trade regulation, and business law.
