Leads vendor coordination, inventory audits, and data reporting while supporting employee onboarding, training compliance, and offboarding processes. We support and help each other, working as a team with open communication.Moved by Honor: We take accountability in our work, act with transparency and respect, and believe in always doing the right thing.Essential Functions:Inventory and Uniform Management Manage inventory levels of PPE, uniforms and other company issued equipmentCoordinate uniform ordering, distribution, repairs & laundry servicesTrack issuance and return of uniforms and equipment for new hires and separating employeesRemove terminated employees from uniform and inventory tracking systemsMaintain accurate inventory records and report any discrepanciesConduct periodic inventory audits of company issued inventory to ensure proper tracking, accuracy and accountabilityIdentify discrepancies and coordinate resolution as neededVendor Coordination Communicate with vendors regarding orders, discrepancies repairs and service issuesTrack order status and follow up to ensure timely deliveryAssist with resolving billing or inventory discrepanciesOnboarding and Training Support Assign required safety and onboarding training for new hiresPrepare and set up employee access for training systems and classesCoordinate training schedules and ensure employees are enrolled appropriatelyMonitor training completion and follow up on outstanding requirementsSupport recertification tracking and compliance deadlinesSafety and Compliance Record keeping Maintain and update employee safety and training recordsAssist in preparation and organization of safety filesEnsure records are accurate and audit-readySupport compliance with company safety policies and regulatory requirementsData Entry and Reporting Enter and maintain data related to PPE inventory, uniforms and training recordsGenerate reports related to inventory levels, training completion and compliance trackingIdentify and communicate trends, gaps, or inconsistencies in dataSeparation & Offboarding Support Track return of company-issued equipment and uniforms upon employee separationCoordinate with HR and Supervisors to ensure proper offboarding procedures are followedDocument missing and unreturned items and communicate accordinglyAsset Tracking & GPS Management Monitor and maintain GPS tracking systems for company assets operating in the Permian BasinEnsure devices are active, properly assigned, and functioning accuratelyTroubleshoot GPS-related issues and coordinate with vendors or internal teams for resolutionSupport asset visibility and utilization by maintaining accurate tracking data and reporting discrepanciesPerform other duties as assignedRequirements:High school diploma or equivalentReliable, dependable and able to work independently with minimal supervisionStrong organizational skills with attention to detailAbility to manage multiple tasks and prioritize in a fast-paced environmentProficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook & Word Preferred)Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferredMust have reliable transportation to and from work locationCompany Requirements:Must be able to pass a pre-employment background check to company standards.Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug and alcohol screening.Must be legally authorized to work in the United StatesWork Environment and Physical Demands: (Depending on environment)More than 60% of the time will be spent standing, kneeling, bending, squatting, walking, and carrying up to 50 lbs.Less than 40% of the time will be spent sedentary working on a computerThis is an everyday onsite position (remote is not available)Must be tolerant of shop like conditions, dirt, oil, dust, etc.Compensation: $20 - $22 per hourOvertime: Eligible after 40 hours of work in one weekBenefits:• Medical, dental, and vision insurance including options for dependents• Additional voluntary coverage options• Employee Assistance Program (EAP)• Paid Family and Medical Leave• 401(k) with company match• Weekly accrued paid time off (PTO) and paid holidaysCompany Paid:8 Holidays*Short-term disability$25,000 life insurance and AD&DEmployee assistance programReferral Program1888 Industrial Services provides equal employment opportunities to all employees and applicants for employment without regard to race, color, religion, national origin, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, disability, genetic information, age, or any other status protected under federal, state, and/or local law.
