Pay Rate: $17.00/hour Schedule: Monday–Friday, 4:00 PM–12:30 AM Location: North Las Vegas, NV

Position Summary

Partners Personnel is currently hiring Picker/Packers for Bella + Canvas | alo yoga. This position is responsible for accurately picking, packing, and preparing apparel and merchandise for shipment while maintaining a safe, organized, and productive warehouse environment.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Pick products accurately according to orders and instructions.
• Pack apparel and merchandise carefully and efficiently for shipment.
• Verify product quantities, labels, and order information.
• Use RF scanners and/or warehouse technology to locate and process inventory.
• Organize products and maintain an orderly work area.
• Assist with replenishment and other general warehouse duties as needed.
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies.
• Maintain productivity and accuracy standards throughout the shift.
• Perform additional warehouse duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Previous warehouse, picking, packing, or fulfillment experience preferred.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods throughout the shift.
• Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull materials as required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality are required.
• RF scanner experience is a plus.
