Accounts Payable (AP) Specialist – Midland, TX Location: Midland, TX Pay: $18.00–$20.00/hr, depending on experience Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Accounts Payable Specialist to join a local company in Midland, TX. The ideal candidate will have previous accounts payable experience , strong organizational skills, and the ability to handle a variety of accounting and administrative responsibilities. Responsibilities: Process accounts payable transactions and maintain accurate records Prepare and enter journal entries Process and maintain purchase orders Open, sort, and distribute incoming mail Maintain organized accounting files and documentation Answer incoming phone calls and assist with general office duties as needed Qualifications: Previous Accounts Payable (AP) experience required Basic accounting knowledge Strong attention to detail and accuracy Good organizational and time-management skills Basic computer and data-entry skills Dependable and able to work independently #J-18808-Ljbffr
