Financial Analyst

Job Summary Responsible for the preparation of analyses and reports for department managers. Supports the annual budget process, expense and/or staffing forecasts or statistical reporting. Key Responsibilities Prepare analyses and reports for department managers. Work with assigned organizational units to develop annual budgets, expense and staffing forecasts, and statistical reporting. Support month‑end close, including journal entries, report generation, and deliverable preparation. Prepare and consolidate financial data, and present statistical reporting on financial performance, variance explanations, and cost analysis. Execute special projects as assigned. Provide departmental budget support in North America for actuals, reporting, and forecasting across three distribution sites and one remanufacturing site. Develop and robustly document key internal controls. Assist the team with costing performance and other projects across North America sites. Support the broader Finance team in Forecast and Annual Operating Plan (AOP) development. Education College, university, or equivalent degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field required. Experience Minimal relevant professional work experience in the field of study required. Job Skills Develop and maintain databases and files using Microsoft Access and Excel to reduce task time and increase data accuracy. Ability to learn on the job in a dynamic environment while balancing multiple priorities. Ability to work independently and within teams across multiple stakeholder functional areas and experience levels. Advanced Microsoft Excel skills. Advanced Microsoft Access skills (preferred). Experience with Oracle or other ERP systems (preferred). Location On‑site with flexibility. Perform responsibilities across four North American sites. Compensation Min: $58,400 Max: $87,600 per year.
