Bilingual HR Generalist & Recruiting Lead
NCSL International
Mi Casita is seeking a driven bilingual HR Generalist / Recruiting Manager to own HR data, systems, and the front end of recruiting across all schools. You will partner with school leaders to place strong candidates where they fit best, not just the nearest vacancy. The role is hybrid, requiring 1–3 years of HR experience, Spanish/English fluency, and proximity to the Philadelphia metro area.
