Job description:
We are looking for a dependable CNC Machine Operator to join our metal fabrication team. Experience in manufacturing, fabrication, or machine operation is preferred. Candidates must be comfortable working with measurements and reading a tape measure accurately.
Shift: 1st Shift | Monday - Friday, sometimes Saturday | 5:00am-1:30pm
2nd shift | Monday-Friday, Sometimes Saturday |
Job Duties:
- Operate a CNC Machine to bend and fold metal parts
- bend and shape steel materials
- Read and use a tape measure accurately
- Follow work orders and production instructions
- Inspect finished parts for quality
- Maintain a clean and safe work area
- Assist with other shop duties as needed
- Prior CNC machine experience
Qualifications:
- Previous manufacturing, fabrication, or machine operation experience preferred
- Must be able to read a tape measure
- Basic math and measurement skills required
- Blueprint reading is a plus
- CNC or lathe experience is helpful but not required
- Reliable and able to work independently
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift 50-75 lbs as needed
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and move throughout the shift
- Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment
