- Position Summary:
- Deliver coordinated nursing care according to established standards and the nursing process.
- Supervise and direct nursing staff while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams.
- Utilize critical thinking, professional discretion, and independent judgment in patient care.

- Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
- Previous experience in an acute care facility preferred.
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of practice is required.
- Certifications required:
- Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) or Basic Life Support (BLS).
- Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC).
- Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS).
- Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS).

- Essential Functions:
- Collect and analyze patient health data.
- Develop and implement care plans.
- Evaluate patient progress toward health outcomes.
- Collaborate with patients, families, and healthcare providers for effective care.
- Provide educational opportunities for patients and team members.
- Participate in discharge planning to ensure continuity of care.
- Delegate and coordinate duties amongst healthcare team members.
- Perform additional job-related duties as assigned.

- Work Schedule:
- Night Shift: 6:00 PM - 6:30 AM.
- 36 hours/week with rotating weekends.
- 13-week contract.
