Operations Director, North America — Lean, P&L & Growth
Jobtailor
Jobtailor is seeking a senior Operations leader to provide North America leadership, oversee the P&L, and drive lean operating culture across facilities. You will ensure safety, quality, and environmental standards, while guiding strategic development and talent succession. Travel to sites as needed to meet customer production requirements and launch new programs.
