About the Role
The Company is in search of a Chief Operating Officer (COO) to play a pivotal role in driving operational excellence, quality, and strategic alignment. The successful candidate will be a seasoned executive with a strong background in healthcare, particularly within large, complex, matrixed health systems. The COO will be responsible for leading the day-to-day operations of the Integrated Delivery Network (IDN), ensuring the delivery of high-quality, safe, and reliable care. This includes translating strategic priorities into operational execution, overseeing regulatory and accreditation readiness, and leading initiatives to enhance operational effectiveness and improve outcomes across service lines. The role demands a leader with a Master's degree in a relevant field, at least 10 years of leadership experience in healthcare, and a proven track record of partnering with physician leaders and executive teams. Candidates for the COO position at the company should possess a Master's degree in a related field, a Bachelor's degree, and a minimum of 10 years of leadership experience in healthcare. The ideal candidate will have a strong operational and financial acumen, the ability to influence diverse stakeholder groups, and a demonstrated commitment to quality, patient safety, and continuous improvement. The COO will be expected to have a leadership style that is in alignment with the company's mission, values, and promise.
