Compensation: 100% Commission-Based | High Volume

Position Overview

Are you a natural-orator who thrives in high-stakes environments? Do you want your income to directly reflect your work ethic rather than a flat hourly rate? We are seeking a relentless, high-energy Solar Sales Consultant (Closer) to join our team in Las Vegas.

In this role, you aren’t just looking for a "safe" desk job—you are looking to dominate a pipeline, build instant connections, and seal the deal.

What You’ll Be Doing

Drive Your Income: Proactively identify and qualify new business opportunities through strategic outreach and networking.
Spark Interest: Deliver high-impact pitches that showcase our massive value proposition and pique prospect curiosity.
Set the Stage & Close: Confidently secure high-quality appointments and drive prospective clients through to a finalized contract.
Own Your Pipeline: Manage leads, track communication, and execute follow-ups with precision using CRM tools like Salesforce.
Level Up: Collaborate with elite sales professionals to sharpen your closing techniques and maximize conversion rates.
