Description

• Assess patients in inpatient or outpatient environments and craft personalized treatment plans
• Deliver physical therapy interventions with a focus on mobility, strength, balance, and overall function
• Collaborate with nurses, physicians, case managers, and rehab professionals to maximize patient outcomes
• Provide education to patients and families about therapeutic goals, discharge protocols, and home exercises

Education

• Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent from an accredited institution

Certifications
