Senior Billing Specialist

Supporting accurate and timely customer billing, the full-time Senior Billing Specialist will manage invoicing processes, resolve billing inquiries, and collaborate with cross-functional teams in a remote environment. Key Responsibilities Prepare, review, and process customer invoices, ensuring accuracy and compliance with contract terms Execute various billing processes, including manual invoicing and system uploads, while maintaining billing schedules and master data Serve as the primary contact for customer billing inquiries and coordinate resolution of billing-related disputes with internal teams Required Qualifications Associate degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field required; Bachelor's degree preferred Minimum of 4 years of experience in billing, accounts receivable, or finance operations Strong understanding of subscription and project-based billing processes Experience with ERP or billing systems; NetSuite experience strongly preferred Proficient in Excel, including data reconciliations and pivot tables
