Iron Bridge Co in Jacksonville, FL is looking for a Senior Recruiter to join our team. We are seeking a dedicated professional who is passionate about delivering quality work. This is an exciting opportunity to grow with a company that values its employees. Responsibilities Adapt to changing priorities and workload demands. Maintain inventory and supplies as needed. Provide excellent customer service and maintain professional relationships. Complete assigned tasks efficiently and to a high standard of quality. Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for improvement. Requirements Proficiency with industry-standard tools and equipment. Minimum 7 years of relevant experience required. Must be available for flexible scheduling including weekends. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Professional appearance and demeanor.
