IT SUPPORT ANALYST

About the job IT SUPPORT ANALYST

The IT Support Analyst will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to our employees, ensuring that our technology systems and processes are running smoothly. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of IT systems and be able to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner. This is a full-time, permanent position with opportunities for growth and development within the company.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide technical support to employees for hardware, software, and network related issues

- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and applications

- Monitor and maintain network and system security

- Train employees on new technology systems and processes

- Collaborate with other IT team members to implement new technology solutions

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in technology

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field

- 2+ years of experience in an IT support role

- Strong technical knowledge of computer systems, networks, and software

- Experience with Windows and Mac operating systems

- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills

- Ability to work independently and in a team environment

- Excellent communication and customer service skills

- Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate (MCSA) are a plus
