Territory Business Manager, Advanced Surgery - Los Angeles South Bay, CA

Territory Business Manager for Advanced Surgery division responsible for selling hemostats, sealing, and tissue products to surgical teams across an assigned geographic territory. Role involves building customer relationships, achieving sales quotas, and educating healthcare professionals on product value and clinical applications.
Responsibilities
- Achieve sales quotas by directly selling Advanced Surgery products and services to healthcare facilities
- Educate physicians on proper product use, features, and benefits in approved surgical procedures
- Contact prospective and existing customers to provide product information, demonstrations, and technical support
- Monitor sales performance against forecasts and assess market potential within territory
- Coordinate with hospital administration, supply chain, and materials management on product adoption
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree with 3+ years relevant sales experience, or 8+ years operating room sales
- Demonstrated hospital-based and operating room selling experience with large territory management
- Excellent written and verbal communication with strong analytical and social skills
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel 50% or more
- Live within or willing to relocate to assigned territory spanning multiple states
- Authorization to work in the United States without visa sponsorship
Compensation: $80,000-$110,000 annually plus sales incentive plan opportunity
