Brake Press Operator Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $ 20.00 to $ 26.00 / hour
• Full Time work available
• Various shifts available (Monday through Friday)

• Set up, program, and operate brake press machinery to bend, form, and shape metal components according to blueprints and specifications.
• Read and interpret engineering drawings, schematics, and work instructions.
• Perform quality inspections using calipers, micrometers, protractors, and other precision measuring instruments.
• Troubleshoot machine and programming issues to ensure production quality and minimize downtime.
• Verify completed parts meet customer and engineering requirements.
• Contribute to continuous improvement efforts by reducing setup times and increasing production efficiency.
• Safely handle materials and complete forklift (hi-lo) training as required.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.

Brake Press Operator Qualifications:

• Previous Brake Press Operator experience is required
• Experience setting up, programming, and operating brake press equipment
• Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings
• Experience using precision measuring tools including calipers, micrometers, and protractors
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Commitment to quality, safety, and productivity
