Desktop Support Engineer - Windows & Hardware Expert

HCLTech is seeking a Desktop Support Engineer in San Diego to resolve incidents, upgrade hardware and software, and install new equipment for customers. The role includes PC refresh, new hire installs, device moves, and retirement/disposal processes, plus printer installation and L1 troubleshooting. You will handle tickets, manage inventory, and escalate issues when needed while maintaining professional communication with clients and engineers.
