Responsibilities Manage up to 35 employees or contract workers in an operational area. Directly responsible for hiring, onboarding, training, performance, and engagement of staff. Assign daily work, monitor progress, and resolve obstacles to ensure KPIs are met. Collaborate across shifts and functions to support optimized performance across the site and business. Model Zebra’s culture and values for the teams they lead. Compile and analyze operational data, prepare reports for leadership that include proposals to address performance gaps. Evaluate performance of subordinates, provide coaching and feedback, conduct performance appraisals, and determine pay increases in alignment with Zebra’s philosophies. Partner with Human Resources to recommend personnel actions such as promotions, transfers, discharges, and discipline. Participate or lead assigned projects. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications Minimum 6 years of work experience, including at least 1 year as a team lead or supervisor. Associate’s degree in a related field or equivalent supervisory experience in a related industry. Effective written and verbal communication skills. Strong problem‑solving, decision‑making, and analytical skills. Intermediate level skills in MS Office and Microsoft systems. Working knowledge of ISO standards and guidelines. Knowledge of quality and statistical analysis tools and methodologies. Pay & Benefits Pay Range: $76,640.00 - $114,960.00 annually. In addition to base pay, this role offers a performance‑based annual cash incentive with a target equal to 10% of base pay.
