Job Opportunity: Assistant Director of Nursing, RN
Our organization is currently looking for an Assistant Director of Nursing to join our skilled nursing and rehabilitation center located in Middletown, RI. This position plays a vital role in assisting the Director of Nursing with the management of clinical operations and the supervision of nursing personnel, all while ensuring that our residents receive exceptional, person-centered care.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee the development and implementation of individualized care plans.
- Ensure adherence to state and federal regulations regarding nursing practices.
- Support initiatives focused on infection control and quality improvement.
- Mentor and schedule nursing staff to optimize team performance.
- Collaborate effectively with physicians and family members to enhance patient care.
- Assist in leading clinical education and training programs for staff.
- Registered Nurse (RN) license is required.
- Demonstrated strong clinical judgment and leadership skills.
- A genuine passion for providing care to senior residents.
