Part-Time Receptionist – Contract OpportunityAre you a friendly and organized receptionist looking for a part-time opportunity? Do you enjoy providing excellent client service, creating a welcoming environment, and keeping an office running smoothly?THE RIGHT STAFF is seeking a Part-Time Reception Admin to provide reception and administrative support for a financial services office in Minneapolis. This contract opportunity will provide additional coverage during the client's seasonal client review periods. The ideal candidate will have prior reception or administrative experience, strong customer service skills, and a professional, welcoming demeanor.Key Responsibilities:Answer incoming phone calls and assist with general inquiries.Greet clients and notify advisors when guests arrive.Provide hospitality support by preparing coffee and beverages for clients.Maintain a clean and organized reception, kitchen, and common areas.Assist with light cleaning duties, including wiping surfaces, vacuuming, and maintaining the coffee station and dishwasher.Receive and distribute incoming and outgoing mail.Provide occasional scheduling and general administrative support.Assist with other office tasks as needed.Minimum Qualifications:High school diploma or equivalent.At least 1 year of reception or similar administrative experience required; financial services experience preferred.Strong in-person customer service and communication skills.Professional, friendly, and welcoming demeanor.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Ability to follow office health, safety, and cleaning procedures.Successful completion of required background check and fingerprinting.Benefits, Pay & Schedule:Part-time contract opportunity.
