Job Opportunity – Emergency Department Registered Nurse – Corpus Christi, Texas

Start Date: October 5, 2026

Location: Corpus Christi, Texas

Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants

Schedule: Day and Night Shift options available. 12-hour shifts with 4:1 patient ratios. Day shift includes ER Tech support (11a-11p) and Unit Secretary (9a-5p M-F). Night shift includes ER Tech support (11a-11p) and Unit Secretary (5p-1a M-F).

• High-acuity case mix including STEMI, Stroke/TPA administration, and RSI procedures
• Fast-paced environment ideal for energetic, skilled emergency nurses
• Award-winning department: 12-minute door-to-needle TPA and fastest bed assignment time in the Gulf Coast Division
• Strong focus on neuro and cardiac emergency care
• EMR system in use for efficient documentation and patient care coordination

Requirements:

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Minimum 2 years of Emergency Department experience as an RN
• BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required
• ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certification required
• ENPC (Emergency Nursing Pediatric Course) or PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support) certification required
• CPI (Crisis Prevention Intervention) certification required
• TNCC (Trauma Nursing Core Course) certification required
• Strong neuro and cardiac assessment skills preferred
