The Studio Rep is the face of New York Pilates. We’re seeking a results-driven Studio Representative to join our NYC team and drive studio revenue while delivering a best-in-class, welcoming experience

Equal parts hospitality expert and sales driver, you are the first point of contact for students - building relationships, generating memberships, upselling services, and ensuring every interaction reflects NYP’s brand and community-first mindset.

Reporting to the Studio Manager, you’ll partner with the studio team to grow revenue, elevate the student experience, and maintain a polished, high-energy studio environment.

• Be the face of New York Pilates, creating exceptional first impressions and a welcoming experience for every student.
• Drive studio growth by selling memberships, class packages, and retail while building lasting relationships that increase retention and referrals.
• Achieve monthly sales goals through proactive outreach, lead follow-up, and personalized recommendations.
• Deliver a seamless, hospitality-first experience by anticipating student needs, resolving issues, and ensuring every interaction reflects the NYP brand.
• Own the day-to-day studio experience by executing front desk operations, maintaining a polished environment, and supporting inventory and retail merchandising.
• Partner with the Studio Manager and team to create an elevated, high-energy studio experience that keeps students coming back. 

• 1+ year of customer-facing sales, retail, hospitality, or boutique fitness experience with a proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals.
• A warm, confident communicator who is passionate about delivering exceptional hospitality and building genuine relationships.
• Organized, adaptable, and solution-oriented, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
• Comfortable using POS, CRM, and studio management systems (Mindbody experience is a plus).
• Excited to represent the NYP brand by taking 4 NYP classes per month and becoming a product expert.
• Able to stand and remain active for 4–6 hours per shift, lift up to 25 lbs occasionally, assist with equipment resets and light cleaning between classes 
• Maintain at least 15 hours/week availability, and work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as scheduled by the Studio Manager based on business needs.

• Competitive Pay: $17-$24/hour + monthly sales commission, based on years of experience
