Real Estate Paralegal

A large law firm in Phoenix, Arizona , is seeking an experienced Legal Assistant / Paralegal to support multiple attorneys within its Real Estate practice group. This position offers a hybrid work schedule and an opportunity to work in a collaborative, fast-paced legal environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide legal and administrative support to multiple attorneys.
• Draft, review, and assist with contracts, agreements, resolutions, and other legal documents.
• Conduct legal research and assist with due diligence.
• Prepare court and agency filings, organize exhibits, and proofread legal documents.
• Coordinate calendars, meetings, deadlines, and document preparation.
• Maintain electronic files and document management systems.
• Track billable time and assist with billing and other administrative tasks.
• Communicate professionally with attorneys, clients, and internal teams while maintaining strict confidentiality.

Qualifications

• At least four years of administrative support experience.
• At least four years of experience in a law firm or in-house legal department.
• Strong organizational, research, writing, and time management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Outlook, and Excel.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Commercial real estate transactional experience.
• Experience drafting business documents and contracts.
• Familiarity with document management systems, Adobe Acrobat, and legal billing software.
• Paralegal certificate or undergraduate degree.
