Sr Business System Analyst
Must Have Skills: 1. SQL 2. Data Mapping Skills 3. Banking Experience
Job Summary: Resources with good experience as a Business Analyst having knowledge on Data Modelling, Azure and SSIS with Insurance domain as the specialization. Nice to have skills: Oracle, Microsoft SSIS, Azure, AIA-Data Profiling & Analysis, ER Modeling
Roles & Responsibilities: 1. Experience on sql & data modeler preparation of business requirement documentation 2. Gather, Analyze & Validate business requirements Conduct workshops with Business / IT SMEs and share the understanding as Analysis understanding document internally 3. Analyze & understand requirements and liason with different stake holders of the project 4. Create Source to target mapping document with Business Descriptions, Source System and Source column name 5. Provide necessary information and inputs to the development team as and when there are any queries as such 6. Analyse existing documents and provide recommendation process 7. Identification of support needed from various stakeholders during the project and get the commitment in the project & document the same Years of Experience:
