Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage interior and exterior remodeling projects, ensuring high-quality results.
• Execute custom builds with attention to detail and craftsmanship.
• Oversee crew operations and ensure safety protocols are followed.

• Maintain a clean and organized worksite throughout all stages of the project.

Requirements

• In-depth experience in the home renovation industry is preferred.
• Proven skills in demolition, framing, hanging drywall, and taping/mudding.
• Experience in flooring/tile installation, carpentry, painting, and trims/doors.
• Strong leadership and communication skills to effectively manage crew members.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on quality and detail.
