Key Responsibilities This is how you'll help us succeed Own integrated demand generation programs across paid and organic digital, content syndication, retargeting, email, website, SEO, and AEO. Manage digital agency and website contractor strategy, priorities, performance, and execution, optimizing investment based on pipeline contribution and ROI. Own hands-on HubSpot campaign execution, including emails, landing pages, lists and segmentation, workflows, automation, lead nurture, and campaign setup. Develop quarterly campaign themes and the content calendar in partnership with the Head of Marketing, Program Marketing, and Product Marketing, and activate content across demand generation channels. Manage lead nurture and database activation programs and continuously improve conversion from initial engagement through MQL, SAL, and pipeline. Partner with the Events Manager on pre- and post-event demand generation and field marketing programs; support the outsourced SDR partner and targeted/account-based campaigns for priority companies and verticals. Partner with the Head of Marketing to maximize association memberships through demand generation, content, thought leadership, and other activation opportunities. Partner with the Head of Marketing and Rev Ops to track demand generation performance, funnel conversion, pipeline contribution, and ROI, using insights to optimize campaigns, channels, audiences, and investment. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications Applicants for this role will have: 5+ years of B2B demand generation, growth marketing, or integrated marketing experience. Demonstrated experience generating qualified leads and measurable sales pipeline. Strong hands-on HubSpot experience required, including Marketing Hub, email, workflows, lists and segmentation, campaigns, automation, and reporting. Experience across paid and organic digital, SEO/AEO, email marketing, website optimization, content syndication, and nurture programs. Experience managing agencies, contractors, and marketing vendors. Strong understanding of marketing funnels, lead management, attribution, conversion, and pipeline reporting. Working knowledge of account-based marketing (ABM) strategies and targeted campaign execution. Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate performance data into actionable recommendations.
