Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive intake assessments to evaluate each client's mental health concerns, strengths, and specific needs through virtual consultations.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that reflect assessment findings and client-set goals, ensuring personalized therapeutic interventions.

• Facilitate individual, group, and family therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Solution-Focused Therapy.

• Monitor and document client progress consistently, utilizing telehealth platforms to adjust treatment plans, tailoring strategies to maximize effectiveness.

• Collaborate interprofessionally with psychiatrists, primary care providers, and case managers to provide comprehensive client care, ensuring holistic treatment approaches.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited institution is required.

• A current and valid licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) within the state of New York is essential.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from $115,000 to $130,000 annually, commensurate with experience and caseload.
