They are moving to Postgres RDS (Range from 9.5 to 11.6)
Window cluster 3-4
Performance tuning, monitoring, Rehydration
Automation work is required
Note: Not looking for Oracle primarily, want SQL Server and Postgres SQL
Not looking for Azure, need AWS
On call work is required sometime over weekend (once or twice in a month)
