Legal Assistant/Title Closer

We are a boutique Title Company/Real Estate Law firm looking for an Assistant Title Processor/Post Closer to join our team. Prior experience is preferred but not required.

You will be communicating with all the parties involved; therefore, a positive attitude is a MUST.

Responsibilities

• Order Title Commitment, lien search, estoppel letters, payoffs and surveys;
• Satisfy all Title requirements;
• Communicate with Realtors, Loan Officers, attorneys, and Lenders;
• Coordinate closing schedules between all parties involved;
• Draft and record closing documents;
• Issue policies;
• Provide clients with accurate information and research to complete their real estate transaction;
• Prepare closing statements including CD's, HUD-1 and Alta Settlement Statement, including balancing with lenders;

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
• Ability to multitask is a must;
• Positive attitude and personality;
• Execute all administrative tasks to the highest quality standards;
• Ability to meet deadlines;
• Excellent organization;
• Qualia and The Fund knowledge is a plus;

Compensation

• $20-$35/h
