Join Allied Universal as an unarmed patrol officer at a government transportation location, where you will monitor assigned areas, conduct routine patrols, and remain visible to help deter security-related incidents. In this people-first role, you will deliver outstanding customer service, communicate clearly with passengers and staff, and support daily operations with agility, reliability, innovation, teamwork, and integrity. Position Type: Part Time Pay Rate: $21.00 / Hour Job Schedule: DayTime Fri 10:30 PM - 06:30 AM Sat 10:30 PM - 06:30 AM What You'll Do: Provide customer service to visitors, passengers, and/or staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a government transportation location. Respond to incidents, disturbances, or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting concerns to the appropriate personnel. Conduct regular and random patrols of platforms, waiting areas, entry points, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions. Monitor access points and assist with checking credentials, directing foot traffic, and reporting suspicious behavior and/or unattended items in accordance with site protocols. Support Allied Universal and site leadership during routine operations, special events, and/or service disruptions by following post orders and communicating clearly with the public and staff. Minimum Requirements: Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
