PeopleShare is seeking a dedicated Call Center Specialist to join a growing healthcare support team in Whippany, NJ. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, communicates with empathy, and is passionate about helping patients access the care and resources they need.

Monday- Friday 11:30am-8:00pm OR 10am-6:30pm at $20.90/hr

Onsite- Whippany, NJ

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage inbound and outbound calls related to patient support, copay assistance, and access-to-care needs.
• Deliver exceptional service to patients, physicians, and pharmacies with a strong focus on empathy and a positive consumer experience.
• Process claims based on daily volume and program requirements.
• Escalate issues appropriately and collaborate with internal teams such as Program Management and IT.
• Guide patients through the full program journey, including eligibility, reimbursement questions, and general support.
• Provide high-touch, concierge-level ("white glove") service.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• 1+ year of experience in healthcare, patient support, or case management within a high-volume contact center (preferred).
• Experience with pharmacy benefits, healthcare insurance, or medical billing (preferred).
• Familiarity with call center metrics and performance standards (a plus).
